During busy periods parcel theft can increase. We strongly recommend downloading the Australia Post app — It lets you track in real time, receive live delivery alerts, redirect parcels if needed, and know exactly when they’re due to arrive. Aus Post are delivering parcels on weekends during the lead-up to Christmas.
Once you place your order with us, you’ll normally receive a tracking email on the same day. Be sure to check your inbox, junk or spam folder so you don’t miss it.
Please keep a close eye on your tracking details so you know when your order will arrive.

Quick tips for a smooth delivery
- If you’re not home, have parcels delivered to a safe location.
- Keep an eye on your email (including junk/spam) for tracking updates.
- If you can’t locate your parcel, please check your letterbox or it may be left in a safe place behind something out of sight.
Christmas / New Year Trading Hours 
We will be operating on reduced hours over the upcoming festive season. Please refer to the table below for detailed opening hours from 24th December to Friday 2nd January 2026.
All orders will be dispatched on the trading days listed below. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
