Shipping FAQs

How long will my delivery take?
When you place an order with us, we aim to get the item out to you as fast as possible. Depending on the availability of your items and the shipping locations, delivery times may vary. Orders are dispatched either out of our warehouse located in Melbourne or directly out of supplier distribution centres located in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide.

Most metro deliveries arrive within 1-3 days (Perth is 4-6 days). The guide below is just an average across all states.

Standard delivery times for in stock items to metro areas: 1-5 business days  
Express delivery times for in stock items to metro areas: 1-2 days
*** Couriers have advised that with the massive demand and workforce capacity constraints due to Covid, some parcels may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience during this time.

*Please allow an additional 1 day for processing and handling. Country and regional areas generally add 1-3 days to quoted times above.

What if my item is large or bulky?
Larger bulky items such as A3 printers, LCD panels, touchscreens etc may attract additional freight charges. This will depend on delivery location, the weight and size of the items and any special requirements where additional manpower is required to unload or items need to be taken up staircases or over obstacles. Please give us as much information as possible about the delivery location when placing your order. This way we can let you know what needs to be done prior to delivery avoid any unwanted delays or problems.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes & Parcel lockers?
Most smaller items can be sent to PO Boxes and Parcel lockers if required. These will be sent via Australia Post.

Do i need to sign for my delivery?
Most items we ship do require a signature upon delivery. It's a good idea to get items delivered to your workplace or to a location where someone can sign for the goods. If no one is available when delivery is attempted, your delivery will generally be made available for collection from your local courier depot or Post Office. Re-delivery or returned deliveries can incur additional freight charges.

Which freight companies do you use?
We use various freight companies as some stock is sent directly out of our warehouse and some from supplier warehouses. Couriers companies include Startrack, Couriers Please, TNT, Fastway, Australia Post and more.

Can I pick up?
Some items are available to be collected directly from a distribution centre. If you do want to pick your order up, please Contact Us prior to placing your order to see if this option is available in your area.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship orders within Australia except for some smaller items such as a Mighty Vibe which can be shipped to New Zealand (NZ), please Contact Us for all 
New Zealand orders orders or enquiries and we will quote accordingly. No other international shipping is available at the moment unfortunately.

 

We will always do what we can to make sure your order leaves as soon as possible. Sometimes couriers can face small delays due to unforeseen circumstances. This doesn't happen often but unfortunately this is something we cannot control. If this does occur, we appreciate your patience and we will do everything we can to assist. Errors & Omissions
To the extent permitted by law, any typographical, clerical or other errors or omissions in sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other documents or information issued by AV Mart Australia will be subject to correction without any liability on the part of AV Mart Australia.
