The natural MakerBot PVA Precision Support Filament is designed to be used with MakerBot METHOD and METHOD X 3D printers. PVA stands for polyvinyl alcohol and is specifically used as a support material. It is mainly used in conjunction with PLA, though it can also be used with other materials, such as PETG, Nylon, and Tough. PVA dissolves in water, which enables you to print complex objects. Since PVA is sensitive to moisture, you should store it in the dry-sealed material bays of the MakerBot METHOD or METHOD X.
