Pro tip: When syncing your Mighty, the closer you are to your WiFi router the better to ensure a stable connection. A rating of between -15dBm to -40dBm is ideal, anything between -40dBm to -60dBm can cause sync failures (this dBm rating is displayed next to your WiFi network name within the Mighty app).

Does Mighty work with wired and Bluetooth headphones?
Yes. Mighty has a standard audio jack for traditional wired headsets and it can also be paired with Bluetooth headphones or speakers.

Does Mighty come with a charging cable in the box?
Yes. Mighty 3 does come with a charging cable. If you need a spare cable, Click here>

How water resistant is Mighty?
The Mighty 3 is splash resistant to IPX4 rating. Mighty 3 is not waterproof. If you are after a waterproof Mighty, please see the new Mighty Wave!

Do I need a smartphone?
Yes. Currently you need a smartphone running iOS or Android to sync your playlists to Mighty 3 and for the initial setup of Bluetooth devices. 

Do I need a paid Spotify subscription?
Yes. You need Spotify Premium or Spotify Family to use Spotify on Mighty. Mighty will not work with a free subscription.

Does Mighty work with an Amazon Music?
Amazon Music has 2 subscription options, Amazon Music Unlimited and via an Amazon Prime subscription. Amazon Prime only allows you to sync playlists that Amazon curates for you, Amazon Prime does not allow you to use your own playlists on Mighty. If you want the ability to sync your own playlists, you will need an Amazon Music Unlimited subscription or a Spotify Premium subscription.

Does Mighty work in other languages?
The Mighty voice prompts are currently in English only. We are working on translating voice prompts into other languages.

Does Mighty play MP3s?
Mighty is designed to take your streaming music offline. Mighty currently plays Spotify music playlists and podcasts. It does not work with MP3 files

Does Mighty play Spotify Audiobooks?
No, Mighty cannot play Spotify Audiobooks. Mighty will only work with Spotify music playlists and podcasts. 

How much storage place does Mighty have?
Mighty holds 1,000+ songs. That is equivalent to 8GB.
